Olá pessoal, algum de vocês usam o heroku com o angular; não estou conseguindo fazer um deploy, mesmo numa aplicação nova sem alterações ...;

Fala, @Jotahemmy Silva!

Cara parece que o problema está relacionado à ausência do pacote @angular-devkit/build-angular na sua aplicação, que é necessário para o comando ng serve.
 

npm install --save-dev @angular-devkit/build-angular
